Abacus Executive Chef, Chris Patrick has been looking forward to this since the extraordinary success of last year's event! His seasonal menu will feature Liver Pate, Pheasant Roulade, Maine Lobster, Smoked Veal Prime Rib, Bandera Quail, Peking Duck and Broken Arrow Ranch Wild Boar, and of course, VEUVE CLICQUOT.

Veuve Clicquot is a French Champagne house based in Reims, specializing in premium products. Founded in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot-Muiron, Veuve Clicquot played an important role in establishing champagne as a favored drink of haute bourgeoisie and nobility throughout Europe. Veuve Clicquot champagne has been featured in numerous films including Casablanca and Babette’s Feast.
