A Wine Dinner with Peter Marks
Mark the Holidays at The Adolphus in the 19th Floor Ballroom with the Mark The Holidays wine dinner featuring VP of Wine Education for Constellation Brands, Peter Marks.
Mark, a certified Masters of Wine, will lead this festive four course dinner with pairings from his favorite California vineyards. The dinner starts with passed canapes and Meiomi Sparkling Wine followed by dinner created by culinary Director Darren Anklam.
